The website, www.myhenry.co.za, is operated by Numatic International Pty Ltd. Numatic International Pty Ltd is registered in South Africa. Our registered office is located at Cnr 16th & Pharmaceutical Road, Randjespark, Midrand, 1685, South Africa.

By placing an order through the Numatic South Africa Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are between Numatic International Pty Ltd (“we/us/our”) and you, the user of this Website (“you/your”).

Please ensure you read and understand these Terms and Conditions before placing an order through the Website. We advise you to keep a copy alongside your order details for future reference.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check if changes have been made.

Ordering

If you are under the age of 18, you will need to obtain your parent or guardian’s consent before ordering.

By submitting your order, you agree to purchase any item(s) in your shopping cart from us at the price(s) detailed on the Website. Prices detailed on the Website include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and are checked regularly to ensure their accuracy. However, if, after receiving your order, we find a price has changed, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed.

If, after submitting your order, you discover you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

When placing your order, you will be directed to a secure online payment facility where you will be prompted to enter your payment information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide are correct.

Following successful receipt of your payment, you will be directed to a confirmation screen displaying your order details. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Your order will not be dispatched until we have received payment in full and cleared funds.

The contract between you and us will only be formed when we have sent your Dispatch Confirmation email. If we are unable to supply any part of your order, for instance, if an item is no longer in stock, we will inform you by email or telephone and we will not process your order. We will then process a refund for the full amount, including delivery costs (where applicable), for any item(s) we are unable to fulfil.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within an estimate of 5 – 7 working days upon receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that during peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery times may be extended.

Products will be delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details you provide are correct.

We work hard to deliver all orders within a reasonable timeframe, excluding non-working days (including public holidays). On rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, delivery may take a little longer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, which results from an unavoidable delay in shipping or delivery for any reason other than our negligence.

Please note that if you order more than one product in a single order, they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times.

Public Holidays: please be aware we are closed on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed as soon as possible upon our return. For information regarding specific orders, please email myhenry@numatic.co.za

Returns

All products purchased from MyHenry SA (www.myhenry.co.za) are covered under our 7-Day Guarantee Against Defects.

If you need to return an item for a refund or replacement, please review the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • We do not accept returns for credit if the packaging is incomplete (e.g., missing box, accessories, etc.).
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and non-product-related fees (such as shipping, transaction, and insurance costs) are non-refundable.
  • If unopened goods are returned within 5 days, a refund will be issued, excluding transport costs.
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded for returns or for the collection of faulty items.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To submit a return, please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the following details:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Order Number
  • Product description
  • Date order was placed
  • Reason for return

Our Customer Care Team will then arrange the return carriage and help with any queries you may have.

On receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 14 working days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for an order to be changed or cancelled once it has been placed.

If you have changed your mind about an item, please follow our returns process and we will issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.

If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order through our Website.

Legal Information

These Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and us. They are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with South African law. The South African courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Marketing Communications

From time to time, we may contact you with offers and information regarding our products. These may take the form of either postal, email, or SMS marketing communications. If you would prefer not to receive marketing communications from us, please notify us as per the below.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications via email, please click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the foot of any promotional email you have received from us. Alternatively, please contact us in writing.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications via post, please contact us in writing.

Once we have received your request to opt-out, we will remove you from our mailing lists immediately. However, please note that you may still receive any marketing communications that have already been processed. Therefore, please allow 90 days for marketing communications to cease completely.

Any personal information that you provide to us will be held and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Promotions

Promotional offers, along with any terms and conditions, will be clearly indicated on the MyHenry SA website and advertised on Social Media. All promotional offers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw them at any time.

Social Media Competitions and Giveaways

We periodically run competitions and giveaways on our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.

1. ENTRANTS

1.1 Competitions/giveaways are open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over. Numatic South Africa reserves the right to ask participants for proof of age and identity.

1.2 Employees of Numatic South Africa, their immediate families, and anyone else involved in the running of the competition/giveaway, are not permitted to enter.

1.3 In order to enter the competition/giveaway, participants must follow the instructions within the relevant Facebook or Instagram post.

1.4 Numatic South Africa accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason beyond their reasonable control.

1.5 Numatic South Africa reserves the right to reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition/giveaway.

1.6 If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this competition/giveaway in any way, Numatic South Africa may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.7 Participants agree that Numatic South Africa, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, Facebook, Inc., and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are released and will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by, participants against any liability for any injuries, losses, and damages of any kind to person(s), or property as well as any disappointment resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entering into this competition/giveaway, not being able to enter this competition/giveaway, or acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize.

2. WINNERS

2.1 Winners will be selected by Numatic South Africa from all correct and valid entries received during the competition period.

2.2 Winners will be notified via a reply to their post and/or contacted via direct message within 1-5 working days of the competition closing. Winners must respond within 24 hours in order to claim the prize. If a winner fails to claim the prize within this timeframe, a new winner may be picked in their place.

3. PRIZE

3.1 The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. Numatic South Africa reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable.

3.2 Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability and incidental expenses arising from the award of the prize.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1 Numatic South Africa will only use personal data obtained for the purpose of administering the competition.

4.2 Should a participant wish to access, modify, cancel, or withdraw their data, they may do so at any time by emailing Numatic South Africa.

5. OTHER

5.1 Numatic South Africa will make every effort to ensure that the competition/giveaway runs without technical problems and is not responsible for any interruptions that may occur beyond their reasonable control.

5.2 Numatic South Africa reserves the right to withdraw, revise, or cancel the competition/giveaway at any time.

5.3 The Numatic South Africa/MyHenry SA competition/giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.

5.4 These Terms and Conditions and the competition are governed by the laws of South Africa. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall not be affected. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

5.5 Numatic South Africa, including MyHenry SA, will never create an account on your behalf on myhenry.co.za or numaticshop.co.za under any circumstances. If you receive any unsolicited emails or orders linked to an account you did not create, please contact us immediately via the “Contact Us” page. Numatic South Africa is not liable for any issues arising from unauthorised account activity, as we have strict systems in place to ensure that no employee or representative is involved in the account creation process.

5.6 Numatic South Africa/MyHenry SA does not store personal information such as passwords or email lists. All credit and debit card transactions are securely processed by our trusted third-party payment provider, Payfast. We do not access or retain any payment details. *IMPORTANT* We have recently seen an increase in the number of fake accounts claiming to be MyHenry SA. These fake accounts have been contacting entrants stating they have won our competitions/giveaways. Do not follow any links sent by these fake accounts or provide any information to them. We will never ask for your card or bank details. Please report any fraudulent comments or messages you receive.
